⚠️ Not suitable for children under 3 years. The letter tiles are small parts and can be a choking hazard. These boards are made for preschoolers learning their letters — roughly ages 3 to 6.
What it's made of
Matte PLA, a rigid bioplastic made from plant starch. Nothing is painted or coated — each colour is a separate spool of plastic, so the colour goes all the way through the part. No glue is used in the letters or the board.
Cleaning
Wipe with a damp cloth. Don't put the pieces in a dishwasher or leave them in a hot car: PLA softens well below boiling point and the pieces would warp.
Design choices that matter
- Letter edges are chamfered rather than sharp.
- Thin parts of each letter are thickened where needed, so pieces don't snap into smaller fragments.
- Every letter is one solid piece — there is nothing glued on to come loose.
